Our chef at Lotus Restaurant incorporates locally grown herbs and vegetables from Datça into the recipes, creating unique flavors that blend the elegance of yesterday and today. Our restaurant combines fresh vegetables, meat, and seafood with natural cooking techniques, drawing inspiration from the power of natures resources. Meticulous recipes are prepared to cater to the individual palate of each guest, offering a special feast. Our restaurant, which is open year-round just like in the summer, serves our valued guests between 09:00 and 23:00. We offer breakfast from 09:00 to 11:00, a paid late breakfast from 11:00 to 12:30, and welcome guests with à la carte menu service from 18:30 to 23:00. Please note that the last order in our restaurant is at 21:30.

Lotus Restaurant does not leave its guests alone by the poolside and offers a snack menu from 12:30 to 17:30.


Kairos Valley stands out with its poolside bar, enhancing the enjoyment of our guests stay with its unique drinks and cocktails. Our Pool Bar welcomes guests both during the day and in the evening, allowing them to experience the hotels magnificent view in a serene atmosphere.

The Pool Bar, open only during the summer months, operates from 11:00 to 23:00.
